I think it is important that research and practice go hand in hand. Therefore, I do not present the results of my research solely to inform practitioners. I like to talk to educational practitioners and receive input on what (kind of) knowledge is needed.
I often give lectures, such as a recent digital intermezzo at the National Dyslexia Conference and a keynote at the professionalization day of the CED group on digitalization of education.
In various practical publications, I describe my research findings for practitioners. I have converted my dissertation into a brochure in which I put forward some recommendations for educational practice. In particular, I address education professionals in primary, secondary, and higher education who deal with the coaching of learners with dyslexia who use audio support.
